One artist writes about dreams as intructions of creating an artwork the second artist makes a piece based on that. Which artist owns the dreams and which artist owns the piece? The first artist probably owns the dreams, but the mere intention of the instructions will interfere with with the dream itself. And what if the artist adreams about a recently seen artwork? Who owns the art: the first artist, the second artist, or the artist, which the first dreamed of?
